I use a variety of techniques drawing from different approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy to raise your awareness of behaviours and beliefs which might be hindering you or holding you back in some way.
